I feel that DS is one big comfortable place. Everyone here is so supportive of each other and give each other great advice. Of course, we do get into fights but we make up like all families do. We have a great relationship with each other here. I feel that maintaining relationships is very important. Just like how my relation with the DS family is great, I feel that we have to create that kind of relationship with our customers so that they can be comfortable with us and ask for and trust our advice.
