A piece of advice I can give you is: Start the process! Even if you’re scared or hesitant at first, do it! Once you start, everything will fall into place. Working at DS, my confidence has grown exponentially. I have gotten to do many things and start many projects and meet many wonderful people! Being exposed to many things has really given me the confidence to handle difficult situations. So go out there! Expose yourself to many things!
