Working the floor is not an easy task. Sometimes we have days when there are just so many customers coming in that we have to look after more than one customer at a time, and there are days when we hardly have any customers. I have met many wonderful people in my years of working the floor. Always wearing a smile has helped me get to work with my customers better. Even if I am not in such a great mood, I feel that customers do not deserve to see such an attitude, so I always greet them with a smile. Doing so makes me feel better as well!
